Artwork Guidelines
Good files make good prints. Here is what we can work with.
Best: vector files
AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG with fonts converted to outlines. Vector art scales to any size without losing quality and gives the cleanest edges on every decoration method.
Also fine: high-resolution raster
PNG or TIFF at 300 dpi or higher at the size it will actually print, with a transparent background. A logo pulled off a website is almost always too small, even if it looks fine on screen.
What slows things down
- Screenshots, or images saved from social media
- JPGs with a white box around the logo
- Files under 300 dpi that need to print large
- A photo of a printed shirt instead of the original artwork
- Artwork with live text in a font we do not have
Embroidery is different
Embroidery does not use your artwork file directly. It uses a digitized stitch file created from your art. Fine detail, thin lines, small text, and subtle gradients do not survive in thread. We will tell you what needs to change before we digitize anything.
Colors
Screen printing and embroidery both work from ink and thread colors, not screen colors. If you have brand colors, send the Pantone numbers. If you do not, tell us the closest match and we will confirm it on the proof.

Choose Request design assistance on the product page or the quote form, and send whatever you have: sketches, references, or an old shirt.
Rights
Send only artwork you own or have permission to use. We do not reproduce third-party logos, licensed characters, or copyrighted artwork without documented permission.
