How a business order works
- Send a quote request with the product, quantity, size breakdown, colors, decoration method and placement.
- We come back with product options and pricing for that specific run.
- You approve an artwork proof before anything is produced.
- We produce the order and either ship it or arrange local pickup or delivery.
Reorders
We keep approved artwork, placement and product specs on file. On a repeat run, reference your previous order number on the quote request and we pull the same setup, so nothing needs re-approving unless something changed.
Mixed sizes and multiple placements
A size breakdown comes through as a single order. Front, back, sleeve and cap placements are all available, and each additional decoration location is quoted separately.
Artwork
Vector artwork is best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG with fonts converted to outlines. A 300 dpi PNG with a transparent background also works. Full detail is on Artwork Guidelines. If you do not have a usable file, choose design assistance on the quote form and send whatever you have.
