Returns and Custom Orders

Custom decorated items

Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so they are not returnable for a change of mind, a sizing misjudgement, or a design you already approved on the proof. That is standard across the industry, and it is exactly why we send a proof before anything goes into production.

When we will make it right

We stand behind our work. We will replace, reprint or refund if:

• The item is defective
• The decoration does not match the proof you approved
• We sent the wrong product, size, or quantity
• The order arrived damaged

Tell us as soon as you notice and send photos of the issue. We would rather hear about a problem than have you live with it.

Blank and stock items

Undecorated stock items can be returned unused and unwashed for a refund.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before you approve the proof. After proof approval, materials are committed and production is scheduled.

Sizing

Apparel sizing varies by brand and cut. Check the size chart on the product page before ordering, and on a large run ask us for a size sample first. It is a lot cheaper than reprinting.
